Good evening, I have a question regarding Mr. Lahore. I see that you take 100,000 IU of vitamin D3 per day. The question is, what is your blood level of vitamin D3? I just finished 2024 having taken an average of 10,000 IU per day, and I have a vitamin D3 25OHD level of 149 ng/ml at the end of December. Shouldn't we regulate the daily intake of vitamin D without exceed ing a blood level of 150?"

100,000 every 4 days, not daily

My blood level has been around 200 ng for 4+ years - with the exception that it dropped to 128 ng when I switched to a lower cost vitamin D for a few months - which was not water dispersible.

A person should take regular vitamin D3 with a fatty meal, otherwise much less gets into the bloodstream. Details at https://vitamindwiki.com/tiki-index.php?page_id=15603

Why not Co Q 10 and Fish Oil to boost Omega-3.

There appears to be only a 3% increase in Omega-3 by taking CoQ10

There is, however, a 300% increase in the response by taking an Omega-3 emulsion (which I take) over standard Omega-3. Also, the rat study showed, I believe, a 30% increased response by taking the Omega-3 weekly instead of daily (which I am trying)

Co Q10 works independently of Fish oil. Essential for normal cellular function for heart muscles and many other cellular functions. Statins deplete Co Q 10 etc.
