It is possible to add headers and footers somehow. I think it would be beneficial for you to include a logo and description of the VitaminDWiki so that people can see where the link is going to. A little bit more text around the link will also give newcomers a better idea of what it is about. I am ok with the terse links because I am familiar with the site.
Another suggestion is that you comment on other peoples SubStacks when they raise the topics of one of the common deficiency diseases and offer relevant evidence based information. I find that when I give good advice I gain one or two new followers here even though I post rarely. In your case you could see if you can search for mentions of the topics you have posted about here already and then see if offering advice and a link to your posting is relevant.
